Non metallic gasoline anti knock agent
Overview
The N-methylaniline produced by our company can be used as a non-metallic gasoline anti knock additive due to its excellent chemical bond energy characteristics and octane value>300. The free hydrogen decomposed by heat in the engine combines with the active free radicals in the gasoline to generate more stable molecules, thereby reducing the free radicals generated by thermal radiation, lowering the occurrence of pre combustion points, allowing the gasoline to burn evenly in the combustion chamber, increasing power, eliminating carbon deposits, and saving energy and increasing efficiency.
As a high clean gasoline anti knock additive, this additive does not contain limiting elements and oxygen-containing compounds such as lead, iron, manganese, sulfur, etc. in gasoline. It is suitable for blending various types of gasoline, and can be directly added to mix evenly, conveniently, stably, and reliably. Therefore, it is gradually being promoted and applied abroad.
Improve octane rating performance
1. After adding it to different oil products, it was measured that the octane rating was increased.

From the above table, it can be seen that the additive has a significant effect on increasing octane number.
2. The sensitivity of additives to different types of gasoline is not only the same, but also follows certain patterns:
A: Low octane gasoline>High octane gasoline
B: Straight run gasoline>Catalytic gasoline>Reformed gasoline>Alkyl group>Coking gasoline
C: Paraffin group>Cycloalkyl group
Users can customize according to different oil types. Before blending gasoline, add different quantities for experimentation to achieve the target value.
